The great in-town neighborhoods of the early 20th century often included a quaint commercial center within easy walking distance of nearby residences. Our new, old neighborhood design includes such a place. Flanked by Park Homes one side, Live/Work residences on another and a recreation park on the final side, Clark's Square is greenspace at the village center? a perfect gathering spot for community events, catching up with neighbors or shopping with the neighborhood merchants.

Recreation

No Traditional Neighborhood would be complete without a ball field, community pool and playground. Overlooking Clark's Square and the Recreation area, Clark's Pavilion is a great place to spend an afternoon or weekend picnic.

Turner Lake Park

Turner Lake Park is a short walk from Clark's Grove, on the adjoining property. It is an outstanding, full service,160 acre recreation complex featuring a four-mile nature trail, beautiful Turner Lake, four softball fields, one football field, an indoor gymnasium with basketball courts and numerous picnic pavilions. This award winning park is a model for environmental preservation and low-impact development.

"A Walkable Neighborhood"

Clark's Grove is "a walkable neighborhood" and walking trails were front-of-mind during its design. The designers insisted on a native Wetland Garden as an added bonus to the wonderful nature trails.
